Delivery within the UK
All parcels up to the value of £100 will be sent via Royal Mail:
- First class with signature, £6.60 estimated to be 1-3 working days OR
- Second class with a signature, £4.20 estimated to be 3-5 working days.
All purchase above £100 will be sent via special delivery, £8.95 estimated to be you the next working day.
Our click and collect service is free, please feel free to leave some contact details at checkout so we can let you know when your order is ready for collection. If the order comes through during shop opening hours, it will usually be ready within hours.
Duty/Customs on European and Worldwide shipping
You, or the addressee may be required to pay customs fees and their subsequent charges on receipt of your order anywhere outside of the UK.
Please be aware that payment of these duties is your responsibility. There could also be a delay while the item is held in customs. Unfortunately we have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel may be delayed.
The tax implications might vary per country and we advise you to review your country’s tax regulation in regards to import tax when goods are sent from the UK. Below we have added a link to a resource, which we hope you will find useful.
We have resumed European shipping! It's usually a flat rate of £25* If you are shopping from a European country outside of the UK, the UK VAT will be removed from your order. If this isn't showing at checkout, please let us know at email@example.com and we will look into this for you. Please read the section above on duty/customs as you may need to pay additional fees/taxes in your own country to receive the goods.
*In some cases; for exceptionally large/heavy EU orders, orders with a large total amount or larger packages being sent outside of the EU, on rare occasions we may have to recalculate postage and contact you to invoice for the full amount.
If you're shopping from a country outside the UK or Europe, please choose international shipping at checkout. It's usually a flat rate of £35**

Returns and Refunds
Returns: If you decide you'd like a refund for your item, please contact us at email@example.com including your order number to let us know, and return the product to us in original condition to the address below within 14 days of receiving. Please note, we are unable to exchange or refund the following; gift cards (physical and online only) earrings/pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns postage, or give refunds for the original postage paid on unwanted items.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange this for you. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return postage on these items, and we can't take responsibility for these items being lost in transit, we highly suggest using a tracked method of return.
If you don't have a full receipt we can offer an exchange/credit at the current selling price of the item.
Sale items are exchange/credit only. We cannot offer refunds on sale items. Please contact us to arrange a credit or exchange.

Faulty items - If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com or give us a call on 01223 314411 and we can help you resolve this on a case by case basis.
Buying In Store
We hope you enjoy your purchases from Podarok. If not, items purchased can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods, back to the original buyer, the same way payment was initially taken. We ask that returned products be in new and unused condition and any original tags still attached. Where the above conditions have not been met, we will be unfortunately not be able to issue a full refund.
