Shiping & Returns
European Shipping Notice:
Royal Mail has suspended shipping to Europe from the UK, unfortunately we are not able to send any orders within Europe (excluding UK) at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery within the UK
All parcels up to the value of £100 will be sent via Royal Mail:
First class with signature, £6.50 estimated to be 1-3 working days
Second class with a signature, £4.00 estimated to be 3-5 working days.
All purchase above £100 will be sent via special delivery, £8 estimated to be you the next working day.
Pick up at store is free. We will send you an email/give you a bell when your order is ready for collection.
Outside of the UK
In some cases; for exceptionally large/heavy orders, orders with a large total amount or larger packages being sent outside of the EU, on rare occasions we may have to recalculate postage and contact you to invoice for the full amount.
You, or the addressee, may be required to pay customs fees and their subsequent charges on receipt of your order anywhere outside of the UK. Please be aware that payment of these duties is your responsibility. There could also be a delay while the item is held in customs. Unfortunately we have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel may be delayed.

Returns and Refunds
Please note: Currently our Bene't St. Shop is closed due to Tier 4 restrictions, so processing refunds and exchanges is proving tricky. If you would like a refund (please refer to refund policy below as these rules still apply) we are extending our refund policy for any items purchased in December to 14 days from when we reopen. Please see our social channels for when we will be allowed to.
Returns: If you decide you'd like a refund for your item, please contact us at email@example.com including your order number to let us know, and return the product to us in original condition to the address below within 14 days of receiving. Please note, we are unable to exchange or refund earrings, pierced jewellery or face coverings for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange this for you. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return postage on these items, and we can't take responsibility for these items being lost in transit, we highly suggest using a tracked method of return.
If you don't have a full receipt we can offer an exchange/credit at the current selling price of the item.
Sale items are exchange/credit only. We cannot offer refunds on sale items. Please contact us to arrange a credit or exchange.

Faulty items - If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com or give us a call on 01223 314411 and we can help you resolve this on a case by case basis.
Buying In Store
We hope you enjoy your purchases from Podarok. If not, items purchased can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods, back to the original buyer, the same way payment was initially taken. We ask that returned products be in new and unused condition and any original tags still attached. Where the above conditions have not been met, we will be unfortunately not be able to issue a full refund.
